Below you will find required medical equipment for your program.  Make selections and any upgrades to add to your cart.  Be sure to select the “Free Shipping” option upon checkout when choosing a shipping method. You are being charged a $12 FedEx flat rate shipping fee when selecting your items. Orders will be shipped to your home shipping address by June 8th.  Equipment is needed that week. 

To qualify for discounted shipping and guarantee your order arrives by June 8th you must place your order by May 22nd. Please contact The Medical Store at any time with any questions.  Thank You!
