This padded outer shell is 100% leather with one large zippered leather pocket on the front and one leather pouch on the back. The two heavy duty handles are covered in leather for a comfortable grip. The inside has a large zipper pocket and ten pouches to accommodate all the instruments a doctor, nurse, or medical student requires.
