Student Medical Shop sells only new equipment sourced directly from authorized manufacturers. We are an authorized distributor of 3M, Littmann, and Welch Allyn products.

Manufacturer warranties

All products sold through Student Medical Shop are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and claim procedures vary by brand and product line. Please refer to the documentation included with your purchase or visit the relevant manufacturer page below:

How to make a warranty claim

Warranty claims for 3M Littmann and Welch Allyn products are handled directly by the manufacturer. Student Medical Shop does not process warranty repairs or replacements on behalf of the manufacturer. To initiate a claim, please contact the manufacturer directly using the links above and have your proof of purchase available.

What this warranty does not cover

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product's care instructions. Please refer to the individual manufacturer's warranty documentation for full exclusions.
